Akiko Yamaguchi
Founder & CEO
With seven years of experience as an interpreter, I have lived and worked internationally, including one year in Cairns, Australia, and five years in New York. While living in New York, I worked as a jewelry designer, where I was involved not only in design and production, but also in running an online store and organizing events such as jewelry workshops for children. Through this, I gained hands-on experience in business operations, project management, and client engagement.
After returning to Japan, the pandemic began, and I started working as an in-house interpreter. Since then, I have provided interpretation and translation services across a wide range of fields, including automotive, IT, business negotiations, audits, consulting, and legal matters.
Through my experience as an interpreter, I came to realize that in business settings, differences in culture and ways of thinking can sometimes create friction. At the same time, I learned that by focusing on what clients truly need and reflecting that perspective in interpretation, it is possible to guide meetings in a more productive and constructive direction.
By leveraging not only my language skills but also my background as a business operator, I am able to approach challenges flexibly from multiple angles. With this belief, I founded a one-of-a-kind company that goes beyond conventional interpretation services.
